Crescent Healthcare specializes in providing high-quality patient care in alternate sites. Our experienced team of intake specialists, pharmacists and nurses are dedicated to the referral process and will work with the physician, payer and patient to select the most appropriate treatment setting.

At Crescent, we want clinicians, payers and patients alike to be educated about infusion therapy. Our pharmacists and nurses take the time to explain the prescribed therapy and administration route to each patient so that he or she feels comfortable with his or her therapy. We provide educational lectures on topics from chemotherapy in the home to IVIG in neuromuscular disease to nutrition optimization. We are also a Board of Registered Nursing continuing education provider in the State of California.
